The German capital is without doubt one of the largest European cities with historical weight and, together with its cultural importance, makes it an excellent destination for a holiday or for a short weekend getaway.
It is undoubtedly a big city with a lot of tourism so it is important to have more or less clear our schedule or our interests before they reach German soil. Here we present some small tips that can help you plan your trip to Berlin.
1. One of the best ways to move around the center of Berlin is biking. The fleet of cyclists each day pedaling around the city continues to grow, and its use is so widespread that bicycles can ride public transportation (except at peak times). You can rent them at tourist offices, train stations and hostels, so getting one should not be a problem. Thus, in a pedal, you can reach the Brandenburg Gate, the Bundestag, the Victory Column, or one of the many churches you will find in the city. Continue reading »
